Today, June 15th, as part of the International Day of Women in Mining, all of us who are part of Bluemoon Group want to acknowledge the women who participate in this sector, highlighting the importance of their role in the industry.
The participation of women in Argentine mining has shown a remarkable and sustained increase in recent years, emphasizing the added value this represents for the sector through their contribution to analytical capacity, creativity, and flexibility in solving problems and challenges across various areas and tasks.
According to various publications by FUNDAR, women?s employment represents between 11% and 13% of the mining sector. At Bluemoon Group, we understand that this industry requires the active participation of all available talent, which is why currently, more than 30% of our workforce is made up of women?figures that reflect our vision of modern, sustainable, and innovative mining.
From our values and work philosophy, we promote a human resources growth model that places innovation and human talent at the center of our strategy, fostering training, commitment, and personal development for each of us who are part of Bluemoon Group.
